We are proud of Ashlee House backpacker hostel and are here for our guests.


We are a small hostel for London with a small team. We love working at Ashlee House and really want to get to know you. We want you to be part of our Ashlee House family. Let's introduce ourselves!

Maria – She is the most patient receptionist in Ashlee House. Well informed about where to go and what to see, Maria will offer you the greatest deals for attraction in London and will suggest you nice hidden spots in central London. She has travelled around and has million and one story to tell you. 

Pablo – He is our Spanish receptionist with a strong Spanish accent. He has lived in Germany and speaks German fluently. He is our newest staff member and the only man at reception!!! Pablo knows a lot about art (he is doing his master degree in art) and is a museum lover. If you are into art, museum and exhibitions don't miss the chance to talk to Pablo.

Francesca – She comes from passionate Italy. Francesca joined us recently and we are so glad she did. Not only she is doing her best to accommodate you to the best of her abilities, but she is as excited to be in London as we all are. She loves italian food (who doesn't) and is reliable and trustworthy person.

Lucie – She is our French diva. She is definitively the bubbliest person in the hostel! You'll always hear Lucie's Parisian accent and laughter. She is always up for some fun and is often seen leaving the hostel with guest, to party the night away. If you don't know where to go, just come to have a chat with her, she will for sure recommend a great bar, pub, clubs....

Maria – She is our housekeeper and usually you will see her in the kitchen making sure you get your breakfast coffee and bowl of cereal. She is a little bee, working hard and always positive and smiling.

Zsolt – He is a housekeeper and the tallest guy in a hostel. He will make sure you have a pleasant stay and clean facilities. He is always up to make things better and to have fun. Zsolt speaks Hungarian. He enjoys working with us and we enjoy having him here.

Vineta – She comes from Latvia. She is quite but a very nice and hard working person. She is determined to improve her English, so we all support her and we think she is doing great. Our rooms are clean thanks to Vineta.

Yara – She is from Portugal. Very cute girl and she always smiles which makes even the gloomiest day a bit more sunny. She likes to do her job properly that's why our hostel is clean and tidy.

Kristine - She is blond, 5"10, and blue eyes...what more do you need to know!Kristine runs Ashlee House and goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. If there is anything you need, just contact her.
