TO MAKE A GROUP BOOKING:
A group is 10 or more people travelling together.
To make an enquiry or booking you can:

GROUP SERVICES:
Our team are here to help with all your needs, and we offer a range of group services. The list below is an example of what we offer. If what you want is not listed, please ask us and we will do our best:
- Tickets for London's top tourist attractions such as Madame Tussauds or the London Eye
- Packed lunches and evening meals
- Coach transfers
GROUP RULES:
Regarding the group’s stay please take note of some basic group rules, which are listed below:
- At least one group leader must be with the group at all times whilst in Ashlee House - this is in case of an emergency or unacceptable behaviour.
- The group leader must ensure that the whole group co-operates fully with our staff if, for example, the building needs to be promptly evacuated.
- If you need to store your luggage on the day of your departure please arrange with reception immediately. We can offer free luggage storage until 14:30. If you need to store your luggage till later in the day, we’ll do our best to facilitate you, however, it may not always be possible.
