Due to the number of cancelled flights many of you were not able to get to London and got stranded everywhere around the world.
We got lots of cancellations; other travellers got stuck in London and had to extend their stay for almost a week!
If you are/were not able to stay at the Clink261 because of the volcanic eruption don’t worry we won’t charge you! Just let us know before your day of arrival that you won’t be able to make it.
We are sorry, that you couldn’t come to London as planned but look at the bright sight: you get your money back which you can spend towards your next stay…hopefully at the Clink261 in London!
